a. The focal point to assist the Director in planning, , implementing and reporting of the following activities: financial management; budget estimation and usage; organize the collection of fees and charges for medical services; pay salaries and allowances to employees; financial settlement according to the provisions of law.

b. Collaborate in planning and implementing, supervising the implementation of domestic and international cooperation programs and projects; assets, materials, infrastructure, equipment.

c. Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
