a. The focal point for planning, implementing and reporting of the following activities:

- Continuous training, practical training, communication, scientific research, international cooperation in the field of preventive medicine, public health and other appropriate fields as prescribed by law;

- Manage library, Memorial Hall, Yersin museum.

b. Coordinating with domestic and foreign organizations to provide science and technology services, professional technology transfer, application of research results and training services.

c. Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.
