a. The focal point to assist the Director in planning, implementing and reporting of the following activities: organizational structure, human resource management, emulation and commendation, administration, clerical work, archiving, management of means of transport, and internal political protection, perform the task of protecting security and order in the institution.

b. Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.
